Well,you need to try to ultimatepay support,because they need to adive T3Fun team.

Ultimatepay is the worst pay option i have ever seen.

I keep waiting.

Yes,i'm really surprised about that,alot of time in other games too is the worst payment service.

I only got this problem once,and in that case i solved with this method.

Used paypal, shows on statement, no tcoins received. Its funny because this is a process that has been around almost since internet came out...how sad is it that they cant view info, check it, verify, etc, then accept it? people need to do their darn jobs, like its even that hard....

I totally forgot about this, i recieved that time. After 1 month of battle with "Dinero Mail".


The problem seems to be for some latin ppl. For example, im from argentina, so to pay by "Ultimate Game Card" this is the process.


Pago Facil --> Dinero Mail --> Play Span (Ultimatepay / Ultimate Game Card) ---> T3fun


the problems normally are found at the "Dinero Mail" part.


PS: If any latin is having problems, pm me and i try help ya.
