Guides and Strategy / Cassandra - Developer's Notes
« Last post by Ewelli on June 12, 2019, 03:52:58 am »
Cassandra, a guardian protecting the ancient legacy, Quiritatio.

A great tower dimly seen from the River of Fire.

There were hibernating homunculi that had a mission to protect the ancient legacy, [Quiritatio].
One day, their commander Cassandra awakened and visited the Pioneer Family.

Let’s find out about Cassandra who is called ‘the key’ to pioneering the maiden territory, Quiritatio.

[Development Story]

Q: Who’s Cassandra?
H: As mentioned above, she’s a guardian protecting the ancient legacy, Quiritatio.
Although she’s now a homunculus, she used to be a human from Altria who died in an unexpected accident.
Afterwards, she made a deal with the Master of the Stars and became a homunculus. Due to the power of the
Watcher of the Stars that she received, her hair turned red.

Since Cassandra had an earnest hope to fulfill, she wanted to continue her life as a homunculus; however, the
Watcher of the Stars thought emotions and memories are unnecessary to a puppet. She then erased all of
Cassandra’s emotions and memories.

Cassandra, who forgot about what human emotions are and who she was, is putting together the pieces broken by
the waves of pioneers who are entering to explore Quiritatio.[/font

Q: You said she’s a homunculus. Does she have a connection with Rose Spirit?
H: Yes, she does but not so deep. Creating a homunculus is a technique based on the power of the ancient gods
that creates an artificial creature that resembles a human. As you know, this piqued the interest of Stratavista
in their search for the traces of the ancient gods, especially ‘Montoro’ who wants to be immortal. You can regard the
birth of [Rose Spirit] as the end of the chase. There’ll be more stories between Rose Spirit and Cassandra to be
updated in the future.

Q: Which part did you focus on most when developing the character?
H: Recently we’ve tried to develop new combat mechanisms to show users something new.
But since too many functions have been updated, we assume operating characters has become complicated, the
operation level has increased, and the fatigue level has risen.
So we’ve decreased Cassandra’s control and operation level and improved her own abilities other than adding new
functions to let anyone control the character easily.

[Scar of Quiritatio] decreases DEF, Magic RES and DEF Rating and when it reaches level 10, it decreases more DEF

The effects of [Scar of Quiritatio] can’t stack with [Physical Break], [Magical Break], and [Lucky Strike].

- While [Destruido] is active, a successful skill attack ignores DEF and increases skill damage.
- It ignores enemy’s [Evasion].

[Developer’s Comments]
- [Cassandra]’s position is a [sub-tank], [assistant dealer], and [assistant debuffer].
- While [Ratio] is active, Cassandra helps your team improve offensive abilities by weakening enemies’ DEF and Magic RES.
- Once [Evasion] is secured, the character will survive longer against enemies that deal physical damage.
- [Cassandra] will be effective in battles with a few enemies.
- [Cassandra] can help characters in your MCC survive longer by strengthening defensive abilities through her enhanced skills.
- [Cassandra] doesn’t have skills that can attack enemies in the air.

Yes, that's right. GE EU, GE Steam NA and SEA, KGE, they all have +5 and +6 valeron imperviums. Yeah, we are only requesting for the +5 and +6 that was included in the patch notes before.

I sent a ticket, they don't care. They only care about extra $$$.

Well that's it folks... ::)

Well I dont play EU but I heard val impervs is not in feso shop in EU. Correct me if I'm wrong.

EU has valeron imperviums +5 and +6 in feso shop, just like all other impervium "classes". they just got no +7s - if you want those, you'd need to be super lucky on the Lyndon Boxes.
Yet: their feso situation is way worse than ours, so even if you get the vis, you still have to pay a lot of them to get the feso together. Here, we have a lot of feso, but no imperviums... lol. Wherever you look, theres one piece missing, it seems.

Not quite they but +7 Imperivums in their Lyndon Box and you should see the rates it's so low xD.

Here's a screenshot of the rates of +7 Imperivums for Strats/Santos/Valeron

I'll be honest, I tried and I failed many times. But that was before I found out that we are the only server who sell these +5 and +6 valeron imperviums.

Let's send them a ticket. Looks like they don't even read the forums.

In my case, i won't spend a single thing until they put this in feso shop.

So, should we expect all future updates no matter what information is provided it can be false  :P?!

I would say modified based on IMC and T3Fun's idea of balancing the server.  Or just making $ off your Valeron armors.  Without those Imperivums in Feso Shop you have to spend money or just keep it at +5.  But heck at least their smart at what they're doing.  Make it impossible to +7 without spending real money.  8)

Either way you still need real money to buy Growth Stones then convert them into Fesos then buy them in Feso Shop.  But having them in Cash Shop means one thing.  Spend Spend Spend... ::)
