Update on the pending T-Coin rebate: The rewarding is taking longer than expected. This is primarily due to it being done manually.
Of course the original intention at the start of the promo was to let the system automatically process the rebate. When I followed up on the rewarding (as mentioned in my first post), I was notified that automatic processing was not possible hence it will be done manually and they gave a rough estimate on when it would be completed. Unfortunately, it's taking longer than originally promised. They're pushing to finish it before the weekend. I'm truly sorry for all the delays and inconvenience. I know players have been waiting for their T-Coins for weeks now.


Do we know which weekend that are targetting?

the last ticket response from T3 said they try until 31st of January.
If not, we shall respond to ticket again. Done so. So far, nothing.

I put in a ticket and they closed it saying they anticipate having the payout completed by the end of Jan 31 and if I failed to get it by then, please contact them again. So, I opened a new ticket to report I still did not get it the payout and they closed my ticket as spam because I had another ticket with the same subject (the one THEY closed). Just another delay tactic.

It took them 2 weeks to give out the free T-Coins for the Halloween Screenshot event.  But this is just wrong.  Why can't they just give you guys the rewards?  It doesn't make any sense to keep on delaying the rewards.

So my recent reply from t3 was, if you didn't get your 30% back on jan 31st, then submit a ticket.

I've been away for a while and I'm sorry for the lack of updates. Last time I heard from billing staff, they said the sending of rebates was completed last January 31. I'll follow up on the subject again seeing as there are still reports here of TCoins not being received. This post will be edited/updated when I hear back from them.

I received a rebate today but they have provided the incorrect amount. They only provided a 15.4% rebate, not 30%. The event states EACH Tcoin consumed. It does not state that it has to be from either the Web Store or Lucky Shop and it does not say that it doesn't count the extra 30% Tcoins given at purchase during the event. It says EACH Tcoin consumed. There were no provisions other than time period. I've updated my ticket and we will see where it goes.

Same here. Another cycle in ticket responses. The 15.4% are still curious, cause its .4 ?? Please hold the line ...........

Correct same with me. And only people that sent tickets got a rebate. Anyone that spent and didnt sent a ticket, didn't get any rebate yet. Basically it seems if anyone didn't know about the rebate or spent very little to care isn't going to get a rebate unless a ticket is submitted. Why do we have to chase for something that was advertised?

Hey all, check your tcoins. They have just awarded me my remaining tcoins. The response to my ticket said they were contacting billing and when I checked, they had applied the rest of the tcoins.
