Navas costume: Max HP + 5000, Intelligence +10, Penetration +10

Is that a temporary costume? It looks like it is from the green text. Is there a permanent version without stats?

All body costumes are socket-able.  But I'm sure that IMC will limit the costumes per server so it doesn't imbalance the PVPers.  It was like Juliana's Sky Blue Costume with built in stats until they nerf her.  All we can do is wait and see.

I have never heard of this. Do you have any proof? Just want to know if this is even true because all I know is that the costume just modified how her skill appears.

Yeah just her skill I mean not her stats.  Basically it does something with her [Sirma] skill.  But it doesn't give her [Sirma] skill to level 13.  I got both stance rings and all it does is increase her [Sirma] skill damage.

the only thing that costume makes, is in Sirma skill, all 4 julianas are shown up with the same sky blue costume....

as for costume with stats.. jsut do quest.. u get superior hurdy gurdy (+10 str) to Ramiro and Tiburon and Superior (not known name) costume for rebo soldier.... (agi +10)

Yeah I haven't notice her costume being on her clones of her with Sky Blue Costume by using Sirma skill.  I thought it increased her skill attack but not her debuff on her Sirma skill.  I'll have to test her with school costume and Sky Blue Costume to confirm this myself.

Meet Navas, the worst designed char for GE in last years. And fully buffed, which is impossible to achieve anywhere except Auch test dummies, still has bad damage.

So...how does she manage to do this?
It's a Flute like design, but with very time limited steps, requiring a combination of 2 skills and 3 timers just to buff yourself up. Want to do damage? Pack in schedule other navas skills, including 10 sec lasting real damage dealer...It reads impossible and it really is...
1st you walk 7m away from target and get up personal skill (30 sec cooldown). This sets up a "soul binding" on target, which lasts 15 sec. In this 15 seconds, you have to hit target with stance 1st skill, which also has cooldown and short range. 1 min time frame is started in which hitting target with 1st skill increases buff...but only if 15 sec duration personal skill debuff is also up. Delicious. But what really makes this impossible is the way 1st skill works. Imagibe you hit target spacebar, at max attack range. Press Q. Skill does not start, 1st you have to do extra click on area near target and than you walk to target, becasuse skill has shorter range than spacebar.
Good luck keeping this up and staying close to some boss that, unlike dummies, hits back.
Good luck using her in pvp...personal skill is always centered around you and required to start anything.
Navas char will not be usable even with +20 int costumes and pen, until her design is radically simplified.

Actually her design is fine, the issue is how every top tier nuker simply does better damage without any real conditions or setup.

The problem is how IMC is awful at character balancing in general.

Yes, thematically design is fine and character model is good. Skill functionality, not so much.
