Well you are arguing that Elephant pet you could get quite often for ~3b is Pay to win  which imho is on the same level of stupidity as saying Valeron armors are pay to win as you won't get one unless you are in top 3 clans or unless you pay upwards of 6b. the only pay to win item in this game is Diablo pet as it's the only one with upfront fee and only one that can't be sold to other players. Pay2Win means you have to shell out real life money to get the item which you didn't have to with Elephant same as you don't have to with valeron weapons/armors you also don't have to with Rumins. Only P2W item is Diablo.

I personally disagree. Elephant pet box has never been an item that you can acquire normally from the game. It doesn't drop from monsters. It's not in any raid loot table or roulette table. You have to pay (real money) to get it. For us, it was from Mystery Pet Box and LS bonus. Even if you argue you could get it by buying from a seller and paying with vis, ultimately the source was premium--someone paid real money to get it.

On the other hand, Valeron items can be acquired from the game without having to 'shell out any real money'. That's not taking into consideration enhancement/enchantment costs. We're only talking about item acquisition here. Valeron recipes can drop from boss monster (armor), roulette (accessory), or bought from NPC (weapon). Crafting materials are also in the game -- loot and roulette.

As for rumins, armor/weapon rumins can also be obtained from the game normally. Obviously, premium rumins require real money.

For me that's a stupid logic. If everyone were to think like that then every RNPC in the game is P2W and that's crap. If I the person that uses the item don't have to shell out real cash to get an item it is not pay to win, it is a premium item not p2w item. That's why only Diablo fits Pay2Win as there is no way of obtaining it for non paying players.  And sure if by some luck you knock out everyone from Candy/Evo/Ep and steal distorted arma/rex/gloria bosses from them you "can" get valeron armors you will be warred for eternity but it's "doable". Sorry but compared to that it's far easier to get Elephant/Doom Slave/Onyx and other, according to you, P2W items.

The concept of P2W is based on having to pay real money to gain advantage in a game.
Again, I mentioned it in my post: Even if you argue you could get it by buying from a seller and paying with vis, ultimately the source was premium--someone paid real money to get it.

But I respect that you have a different definition of 'p2w'. That's fine.

Well no basically anything that is in Lucky Shop, Lucky Shop Rewards Bonanza, Cash Shop, or Web Shop is basically 100% Pay To Win.  You cannot win unless you pay with real money in this game.  If you're a Free to Play (Player).  You basically have to farm for recipes, mats, sun stones, and moon stones just to at least get some kind of gear.  However Blessed Valerons takes months or even weeks just to break weapons in case you fail at +7.  It requires like 15 Valeron powders just to create 1 Blessed Valeron.  However the issue isn't about the crafting the weapons.  It's the means to upgrade.  You cannot upgrade weapons and armors without Feso or some kind of way to gain a lot of moon stones.  Unless you want to use your F2P Vis to buy Growth Stones to buy them from MM.  However it's going take a F2P player longer to gain gears verses a P2W player.  Who has large amounts of Vis and EJs.  Even if you manage to get a lot of Vis you're not going to be able to get those Valeron Armors.  Those guys would fight it over like hungry dogs and war anyone who attacked those field bosses.  Even in Armonia maps they put alts in those maps just to spy on the field bosses.  And if you decide to have the balls to attack the field bosses when those PVP factions sees you taking the kill you better prepare for war.  Because these guys would war anyone who dares attack any field bosses.
